No Matter What I Feel

No matter what I feel 
It means I am alive 
Emotions moving through me 
My consciousness survives 

Whatever keeps me here 
No matter what it brings 
A loving force sustains me 
In the world of things 

The brine that holds me up 
In the churning ocean 
Churns inside of me 
Everything in motion 

This present state of being 
Overflows with care 
Inside and around me 
Vibrating everywhere

This is all I know 
Of my inmost core 
I keep looking deeper 
To see if there is more
